Yes, there are restrictions for certain tours. These include limitations for expectant mothers (2 months+), infants (2 years old and below), individuals with back, knee, or neck issues, or anyone with a heart condition that may be affected by a high-speed boat ride.

Yes, all private charters can be customized to guest requests. Guests can discuss their preferences with Platinum Boat Tours to tailor the experience to their liking.

Prices vary depending on the tour and whether it's a private charter or per person rate. 

Guests are advised to bring swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, fully charged phones or cameras for photos, and any additional items they may need for a day on the water.

The tours depart from Montague Dock, East Bay Street. Hotel pick-up is not included but could be arranged at an additional cost. Guests staying on Paradise Island can be pick up from the Ferry Terminal in the back of Margaritaville.

Lunch is included in full-day tours. However, it is not included in half-day tours.  Guests can check the tour details for specific inclusions.

On our half day tours there will be drinks and light snacks on board. If guest wish to have lunch, it can be purchased at one of the restaurants on Rose Island. 

Tips are not included in the tour prices and are at the discretion of the guests.

Check-in starts 20 minutes before the boat departure time. It's recommended for guests to arrive early to ensure a smooth start to the tour.
